History

Charlie Ferguson founded Everwood Cabinets in 1981 after several years working at Desgn Group Furniture as a production woodworker. His other experiences are as a drafter for a high production roofing materials manufacturer, and as a production machinist. He has a BA in Industrial Arts- Machine Technology, and has taken trade courses at Laney College and Oregon College of Arts and Crafts.

Richard Linley is primary cabinet maker at Everwood Cabinets. He has worked in the cabinet and construction trades for over 25 years. He operated his own cabinet shop for 10 of those years. He has been in a variety of settings: As plastic laminate fabricator, supervisor in an office furniture factory, and as cabinet installer, as well as cabinet and furniture designer and all phases of cabinet construction.
